Over the 3 periods: Past, Present, Future, the fields of medicine worldwide have been, is, and will be developed in the following stages:
It was a unique way of treating diseases in the community.
The traditional healers and practitioners rely on mystical energy,
herbal remedies, animal body parts or prayer to cure illnesses.
During this period, doctors solely rely on observations,
self-accumulation, and application of accumulated experience
to examine and treat illnesses.
This is a precursor phase of Evidence-based Medicine.

In Canada, 1982, from a healthy individual, I suddenly experienced intense pain in my hip, causing inconvenience to my daily life. Despite visiting various hospitals in Canada and undergoing numerous tests, the cause and treatment regimen could not be determined.
It wasn’t until 6 years later when clinical symptoms became evident in X-ray images, revealing severe degeneration of spinal joints, causing a loss of the lumbar spine’s physiological curvature. I was then diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis.
